I have been a reader of ms heartbeats advice since she was on AOL in the 1990s. She does not play. Helped me a lot after my breakup. Now I'm married to a guy I never would have picked without her help.
Pros:
Direct, funny, open and not afraid of tough subjects.
Cons:
Was only once per week but now daily so this con doesn't apply anymore.
