This company is a joke. I joined in Wisconsin about a year ago. I had a couple dates that were ok, but nothing special. Then i get a letter saying the membership had been moved to a different office in Minnesota. After waiting a month for correspondence, and heard nothing, I called this new office. I was put on hold for 5 minutes waiting for Sabrena. She said she had someone for me but he was out of town....ok. Waited another month,called again, she was looking...what happened to the guy out of town? She says, "What guy out of town?"...."Oh, that guy, he is engaged to a member now." Really? After a month? I started to questioned her further, she got very upset and said that by me keeping her on the phone she could not match me??? This Sabrena then tells me taht I am expecting too much from her....!!! What? Do your job!!
Have not heard from her since...
