They would not give any details about them before going in and then they use a classic sales technique of getting you to talk about yourself and getting to the price is Page 12 of their presentation.

I don't fault them for using the technique but if they were up front and not using 'techniques' of pressure sales then I might have a different impression of them.

There is all sorts of data they get about you before they tell you anything about themselves.

Also when I first found them I started to fill out the web site info and stopped halfway through and they still got the number and started calling me.
