SCAM!!!!!

SCAM!!!!!

So I paid to upgrade my account for 3 months. At the end of those 3 months what did they do, they automatically charged my account again without asking if I wanted to renew. There was no one on there that was even worth talking to anyways. Stay away!

It's standard procedure for all dating sites (and most subscription based websites of any variety) to automatically renew. It specifies in the terms when you purchase that it will auto-renew if you don't cancel. Your inability to effectively read does not make it a scam.

And yet, here is another person who is blaming their own negligence on the website. Right under the payment options - in red - is a link to, and named, "Billing Details". And, it reads: "We don?t want to interrupt your service and communication threads with other RedEye Chicago Dating members. We also want you to be in complete control of your subscription settings. For this reason, we use auto-renewal..."

I was able to go on the site access that, copy it, and paste it in this message in under a minute's time. Now, I REALLY don't think I can take these complaints seriously.
