How sad
HowAboutWe.com is yet another match.com, plain and simple. It's this (stupid) business model centered around greedy people trying to take advantage of the desperate. Of course it's free to join and immediately create a profile. The concept looks slick/cute and yet you realize that nobody is using the website or so it seems. There's an influx of new dates and yet nothing happens on the website because the messages you send go into limbo--the recipient doesn't receive their date notification until they've paid. Yep. It's just like match.com and is just as dysfunctional as a result.
Like someone once said "There's no *there* there".
Pros
None that I can think of. Perhaps if you were in a big enough city with enough people willing to throw away their money maybe this website has a few dates happening. There aren't enough paid subscribers on it otherwise to make it worthwhile.
Cons
It's the standard match.com business model where the desperate feed the system only to find that few others are also desperate enough to pay. They lose their money and move on.
