When I saw the ad on TV I thought it would be a great service. Little to no profile writing, and the focus on doing things was refreshing. But then I started noticing that you could barely do anything on the site without paying. No visitors, no messages, they have it locked down fairly tight. Then like most other dating sites want to gouge you with their fee structure. 1 month for $35, up to a year for $100? If their service is supposedly so good, why (besides $$) do they want me to buy a year membership? And why do they refuse to give me a month to try it out at a reasonable rate, or even free? I understand charging for extra features, but they getcha hooked, let you send a few messages, then clamp down on your account until you fork over the cash. Greedy business model.
