No response for a purchase
I ordered basketball tickets for 4/4 and the name on my tickets is some name that I have no idea of, it's not my correct info. I tried calling, writing and no response. This is unacceptable, and unprofessional. I just want the info corrected or my money Back. I spent $65 for the tickets.
