Scammers. Fake profiles. Every time I hide my profile, I immediately receive an email from Qiran that this gorgeous young girl wants to contact me. I go back, but the profile is obviously fake [Country of Birth: US/Country of Origin: US/Language: Russian/Ethnicity: Western European/Citizenship: Work Permit.] The combination is laughable. Thanks to the reviewers, I did not fall for it and saved my money.

To make it worse, they have activated subscription auto renew without me approving it, when I asked for refund and after mutual insults with their help service they suspended my account. I signed up with them and unfortunately provided them with my credit card to be charged for the first 3 months. The membership should have ended after 3 months but they continued to charge my credit card even after I emailed them 10 times asking to cancel membership and to stop charging my credit card. DONT EVER GO TO THEIR WEB SITE OR PROVIDE THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK INFORMATION. You will never hear back from them and they don't have any phone numbers to contact. They only have email address which they never respond to it. I had to dispute the credit card charge and it will take 45 days to be refunded to me and I had to request a new credit card to stop them from continuing to charge it.

I was watching this site for about 6 months before I regester. When I searched women in the age group I was looking for I found 15+ pages and each page has 12-14 profiles, I found someone who I was interested in I was not able to send message without becoming paid member which I did, after becoming paid member I discover almost 90% of the members are inactive the site says last log on 3 months ago which is the max time it shows in reality these members have not logged on for a while not even fiesr of my search was active.
I have to agree with other reviews that most of the people on this site are just looking for papers / wants to come the states. When I registered very first day I got "interest" from 7 girls who were almost half my age and were from all around. At the same time I have to say one has to be careful making connection with someone who is already not in the US.
I have to say there are so many Muslim men and women who are looking for spouse but the are not "out" there looking on these sites making it difficult for those who are looking. I am disappointed at the site because it gave me impression that they have so many active members when in reality it's not true.:@

Fake Profiles on Qiran
I have been following Qiran for some years, I discovered several issues about them.
1. The adminstrator creates fake profiles and try to show that he checks the profiles.
2. They use the same pictures for the past 5 years and moves these picture to fake profiles, created by Qiran adminstrator, to other countries.
3. There are some few real profiles and since they are few the administrator tries to create profiles to show that they have members.
4. The adminstrator creates untrue messages to the members to make them think they are liked but most of this is UNTRUE, they want the user to buy credits to answer to the message.
If you want to use the site, be very carefull.

Qiran is a horrible website
I got same message of fake or invalid profile. They had horrible IT service and would not give me correct password when I tried 4-5 times. The reason I had made a profile again was to report my ex husband who is Turkish and who I met on this site in 2007 who I met and he used me for money and papers. He pretended to be muslim and pray 5 times a day but was online with other girls after we got married. He then put on his profile: themerit. That he was never married and has no kids after our divorce when only reason he is in this country is marriage to me. This site has scammers. Don't trust this site.

The site administrator is rude and they don't check the people online after the people are reported, they still never do anything. If I report some guy is not that age or that education or that marital status after I find out. Qiran doesn't do anything about the liars on that site.

I joined the site in October of 2010 looking for a spouse. I had some connections but unluckily I run into a lot of profiles of women looking for some money and who traveled recently to an overseas location, more likely Nigeria. Beware brothers there are people out there who will use Allah's name and religion for money.

I had a profile before on Qiran.com, since I did not get results expected I cancelled my profile to try other sites. unfortunately nowadays it has become extremely hard to find a suitable life partner, either online/offline. There are scammers, immature individuals and at Mosque there aren't events to allow Muslims to marry and one can barely exchange eye contact with individual of opposite sex. Neverthless I decided to try my luck again on Qiran.com on 02/19/2011. I was able to create a successful profile under sweetgirlforyou and submitted 1-2 pictures to be uploaded. I even received an activation link to verify my profile from Qiran. Even before my picture was uploaded I immediately received 2 interests. One I declined since I was not interested. The other I accepted (saleem_wi). As soon as I accepted this interest I received a brief notice informing me that I had provided a "fake/invalid" profile and my account was terminated. Unbelievable! Before I joined Qiran.com I had read someone else's review who had a similar experience but I wasn't sure the Administrators of this site were engaging in this type of behavior. It's very said how they delete legit profiles to build fake ones and lure members to pay for membership. A very sad world we live in where everyone wants to take advantage of someone else's vulnerability....

I think it is a fake website. I saw 2 very high quality profiles for the same girl, she is like a glamor model and the two profiles are very different but i realized she is the same girl basically. If u wanna check that out, the two profiles are: dija06, and hanouna2010. Thanks for those who create fake profiles for pretty women in order to attract boys to pay the subscription.
Qiran.Com: Disappointing Service
I can not recommend Qiran.Com. Here's my experience ...
I spent a great deal of time and effort composing a high quality, 100% accurate profile. Upon its approval by Qiran's staff, I received several notices of interest, a few of which piqued my curiosity and inspired me to seriously pursue a spouse.
Unfortunately, less than two weeks after subscribing to Qiran, my profile was inexplicably and abruptly deleted. I received a brief notice informing me that I had provided a "fake/invalid" profile, which is nothing short of an egregious falsehood. Since then, I have attempted to contact Qiran's customer service on numerous occasions and received no response. They have no telephone number by which they might be reached. All inquires and complaints must be submitted via email or snail mail to a conveniently anonymous source.
While a few may have attained a measure of success with the site, there are many reviews (elsewhere) of Qiran that complain of overbilling and poor customer service, so I know I'm not alone. Personally, I wouldn't wish my own frustration with this service upon anyone.
