Clearly a lot of fake profiles

Clearly there are a lot of fake profiles on the site. I'd say at least 50% of them. Pictures show women far younger than their stated years (it's not unusual to see pictures of women obviously in their 20's or 30's whose profiles say they are 50+). You get lots of messages. Short, full of typos from women who claim to be Canadian. Obviously written by people whose first language is not English. Same with profile descriptions. The same profile description (or EXTREMELY similar) is used for many profiles. Same with messages. The vast majority of messages come from members who are not at least Gold - which is required to send messages - short and generic - indicating to me that they are generated by the site. However, a good number of profiles appear to be genuine - but very, very few are Gold - so they can't be contacted. Good fun for scrolling but expecting to meet anyone on here is akin to expecting to catch a salmon in your bathtub!
