Fraudsters hiding behind the Christian reputation

This company sent me an email offering a free trial offer. They took my money immediately through Paypal and when I emailed them straight away asking for the refund they said that I had not followed the links correctly and they could not offer a refund. I immediately cancelled my subscription and filed a dispute through Paypal; Christianmatchmaker completely removed my profile on the same day. Christianmatchmaker did not respond to any of Paypal's emails. They later said that they had authorised a refund but it was now out of their hands as I had filed a dispute. I closed the dispute and after excuse after excuse they have now stopped communicating and have still not issued a refund. So basically they took £24.95 for something I never even had! DO NOT USE - as the other reviewer said, they are neither a scrupulous nor Christian organisation!! Not a good witness to the Christian faith!

Hardly anyone in close proximity especially if living in Britain and fraudulent organisation! BEWARE!!

Not very user friendly, can hardly access anything unless you subscribe so can't get a feel of the site until they take your money and then there are cancellation problems when you have discovered the site is no good.

Their special offers are a con.
