Fraud

I signed up with eLove Walnut Creek over a year ago. Like almost everyone else on this site, my matches were completely incompatible in every way with my personality tests, my top three must-haves, and my wants. Like many others here on this site, I tried desperately to get my money back. I actually walked into the corporate HQ in Broken Arrow Oklahoma and asked to speak to the CEO who was IN HIS OFFICE at the time, but refused to see me. I voiced my concerns to one of the staff members, who tiptoed back into the CEO's office, and was referred back to the person in charge on my region. The CEO really didn't know much about the operations on the West Coast. Well, this is just about what you would expect from a company that does business the way we have all experienced. I do not know why they are still up and running. Those of you who have had success, it's just a luck coincidence. Most of us would not be writing these reviews if we had been treated respectfully, made to feel as if we were getting what we paid for, and provided a service worthy of the thousands we parted with in search of that special someone. After my fourth dreadful match, I just stopped calling my "matchmaker." I don't need the frustration in my life and do better all by myself online. eLove is making thousands preying on vulnerable people. Shame on eLove and all their employees. I can only hope that those in upper management one day get what they deserve. A nice long stay at San Quentin with plenty of single guys for companionship sounds like fitting retribution.

Pros
Uh........didn't you just read my review?

Cons
Unethical.

Do not do it!
I filled out the online questionaire; then someone called me to ask the sme questions; then a call to set up a time to meet in person. I asked for the prices over the phone, and of course they will not share that info. I went to the one on one meeting and answered even more questions. Disturbingly, they want to know financial questions. They also wanted to see my driver's license and a credit card for personal id verifiction. Instead i showed her my passport and pilot certificate, but that was not sufficient! She wanted to see a credit card. So, I made sure, she did not get to write the numbers down. After over two hours of more questions, finally they get to the prices. $4999 for (8) contacts, $6000 for (12) and i did not even bother with the $8k service. After sying no way! She asked what i was willing to pay. $1500, i replied. She got up and left and came back and said ok, for $2100 we will give you 6 contacts. I then asked to see pictures and the cities of the local database from which i would get contacts from. She refused to give up that info. I then said that i would like to think about it and will get back to them in one week. Not surprising, she said the offer is only good while you aare here. Well, that sealed it for me. I got up and walked off. Ask yourself: 1) why isn't the offer good for one week? Why can i not see pictures? That alone should tell you not to buy into it. I will not paynfor blind dates and no refund guarantees.
