Elove a big scam

Elove a big scam

SCAM!!! I joined in August of 2010 and have been profoundly disappointed from the first interaction I had AFTER the sales meeting. My phone conversation was extemely contencious. They would not let me speak to the salesperson. I did speak to a supervisor, who was more skilled, than the member service person. However, she still refused any sort of refund. I was promised 12 referrals. My first one was so outragious, they actually "deducted it" from the 12. 3 other people were referred to me, between November 10 and February 11. None were suitable. ELOVE has not been in contact since. I think they bank on us being too humiliated to complain. Save your money and do something NICE for yourself. This experience has been horrific!

Pros
NONE

Cons
Scam/rip off
Does not meet their commitments
Unresponsive

I have an idea of how to give E Love a taste of their own medicine... IF we can get as many people as possible to do it!

Here's the plan:
They make their money on meeting INDIVIDUALLY with potential members, so if they schedule an appointment and its a 'no show', THEY CAN'T MAKE MONEY. You know how they are SO good about calling to confirm that you're coming so that they can keep their schedule full? Well, what a shame (wink wink), if they started getting a large amount of appointments that were 'no shows'!? Make the appointment using an alternate name and then confirm that you will definitely be coming....and then don't show up! You can block their number after that so they don't keep calling to reschedule.
I don't know how many of the have been scammed by this company (from what I've read so far...there've been many) but since there isn't much we can do legally to STOP them, I'd like to see them 'feel our pain' in 'THEIR purses' one way or another. I'm not that familiar with blogs and such, but if we can get even a couple hundred people to do it, at least that would be something! I'm definitely going to do it and have some of my friends do it as well. I know it doesn't get our money back, but at least it's something!
Are there any computer savvy people out there that can help 'get the word out' regarding this plan??

Wow. READ your contract, this is a feedback based membership. Tell your matchmaker how you feel and what you're needing to succeed! You are the only one that can guide them. You're a perfect stranger to them. It's going to take a lot more matches until you find someone. Making appointments and not showing is extremely childish. Talk to the corporate office if you're not happy. THEY WILL HELP YOU!

Sally- do you work for eLove? Because no, they won't help you. I did contact corporate, they called the local office (Walnut Creek, CA) and I got a phone call trying to convince me to just hang in there. I hung in there for ten months, darlin' and all I got was crap. So don't school us. This is a scam, pure and simple.
