I signed up for a plan where you can pre-aprove the referals. In about 10 days I got a call from my matchmaker that the first referal i must meet without preaproval, and whatever I decided to do with that referal my membership fee is not refundable after the first referal submitted.
I was soo upset as nowhere it is said that the first referal is not to be preaproved.
Than, my match maker called me as said that she has a man that is married but filed the divorce. I was pissed off, I realized they dont have any referals for me if they want to match me with a married man.
I called to request refund and they say there is no refund.
I hope there would be a class-action against this service and that gang should be closed. They play lonely professionals who work very hard not seeing daylight and trusted their money relying on the honesty of those people. But really their database is sooo poor and they dont care about your requirements for your match.
Dont sign up, save your money.
There are the same people on the dating unexpensive websites.
All the people that signed up for this service, they are also on the dating saites, so what is the need for such a waste?
