The app has been much hyped over the summer but fails to deliver on that promise. Initially I was excited after I signed up, the process was easy and straight forward. As a web app it is much clumsier on a tablet or phone then Tinder or Blendr but is a tolerable experience. Setting up your profile is fairly easy as well as uploading pictures. It's major problems are not in the user interface which is not streamlined at all but requires you to backout of each page to get back to the main page. The major problem is there may bot be any real people in your area or region.

At first I saw about 20 profiles of women looking for single guys. Most had pictures, and most of the pictures were suggestive. Although in their descriptions sometimes the geographical indicator of close to you did not jive with their description. Like one said she lived outside LA but was less than 30 miles from me in NC, this happened a lot. You could also see if they were online or not, unfornately the green light was on indicating they were on, but no one was home. I tried way too many times to message these people but never recieved a response. I tried messaging everyone that was in my city area with no return messages. This after I upgraded to premium to communicate with single members. If you are standard you can communicate with others if you both swipe right in the mix or the Tinder ripoff portion. I pretty much swiped right on everyone but it never indicated I matched with anyone. My confidence was shot since I thought I was a leper among horny people.

I contacted Mixxxer through feedback portion of their app and through their website. I have yet to receive any response. Kind of like their fake profiles they load up, to appear that they have members. I tried this app for 5 days and messaged hundreds of profiles just asking for a response to prove that their was real people using this app. All of these profiles never looked at mine. The ones that did, I also tried to contact with the dame response. I also noticed every 24 hours they change most of the profiles available in tour area except for a few with no pictures and haven't been active in weeks. I'm guessing these were the past profiles of other disappointed users who gave up hope of making contact with anyone. About every 8-12 hours I noticed the views I got was increased by 4-6 new profiles. None of these were people I looked at or tried to communicate with.

Their faq says their is no fake profiles on their app, obviously they are lying because most of the profiles are fake, just not those created by outsiders but themselves. On most sites or apps if you check someone out, wink or message them; they in turn check your profile. This never happened with the profiles I contacted. This app is a waste of your time, energy and hope. Hopefully you don't waste money on it like me. Their is a lot of suggestive pictures varying in quality from glam shots, borderline pornstars to people who look like your parents getting it on. This is not a good substitute for free porn though.

Pros
Naked people you might want to see and others you wouldn't. The search query allows you to indicate your sexuality of you and your partner and the sexuality of the people you are looking to hook up with. You can also indicate what you are down for, fetish, looking, sexting, s/m and getting it on now. You can also indicate age range and geographical range. This does not improve your chances of talking to anyone, whether it be a bot or real person.

Cons
There is few if no members, there is no way to discern between the real and fake profiles, customer support is nonexistent (links to submit inquiries and feedback are there only for show), premium membership does not improve your chances of communicating with anyone, it is not a naked Tindr, that app actually does what it is suppose to.
