Speeddate is ripping off money from their members. Charging extra for services not requested. Speeddate billed me for a full year. Service began Sept., 2011 and as of today -Oct 15- cannot have access to most of the options. Not even to my own profile. There is nothing speedy in the service. Speed is -0. Impossible to get in touch with the help desk. I don?t trust any of the security measures that you show in the website. Are you a real company/legal business? Expecting to get an answer(?)
Hope you fix my problems when using Speeddate. Otherwise will report it to the BBB and the Federal government. Have read complains from many other users: the website is a piece of junk.
YOU HAVE ACCESS TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS [email protected] in order to comply with your obligation of providing the quality of service that you so much talk about. Give what you offer.

Ripping off money from people's pockets. Communication speed is 0. I hope you go over my problems and give me access to all what you promised. I never gave permission to include a list of all my email contacts; delete them.
Hope (?) hearing from you soon. A decent and respectable answer. It it the least you can give to a member, Have taken the risk of providing my email address. No excuses if you cannot locate my membership and take proper action. I PAID FOR THE SERVICES THAT YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING..
Would never recommend the website to anyone. Other members are facing the same problems.

use a prepaid visa/master card for online purchases...cant charge ya if theres no money there..
