Site does not require a credit card to sign up but you have limited access unless you are a paid member. I have no one contact me (only paid members can send messages). If a paid member sends you a message, you can reply to them.

They do permit you to add some photos, but usually require you to be in the photo.

I'm a free member so can't comment on how effective the paid membership is. Most of the features, cams, chat, messages, etc are only available to paid members.

No credit card to join. Not many scam contacts for webcam sessions that you have to pay for
