Wost customer service ever
I did a 3 day trial to see what this site was all about. Mostly a bunch of old creepers. I reuested to cancel my account via email, never got a confirmation but assumed it had been done. (They send you a "we got your message, expect a reply" auto generated email but I heard nothing further.) 2 months later I see a charge on my credit card statement from the website, and I started getting emails from the site about people viewing my profile. I contact their customer service online, get some asshat named "Matt" who does absolutely nothing but "reassure me" that my account is cnacelled. All the while I am logged into the site. Funny that. I shouldn't be able to do that if its cancelled. The guy just tells me to e-mail their support. address for help with that issue. Pass the buck much? So ladies, if you're looking for a good personals site, don't do this one. All you'll get is the run around.
