I was also charged 191 dollars for services. I am considering starting a class action law suite against speeddate.com if anyone has an interest in joining me please feel free to contact me at [email protected] and put class action in the subject line. After reading some of the above it's time to close this company down.

As soon as I have determined unlawful (fraudulent) practice by Speeddate I have requested that acct would be closed and subject of 191.88 reversed. Upon the telephone contact with the representative I heard an arrogant answer, that it was unfortunate, but my request could not be met, contract will be sustained and consequently 191.88 would not be reversed. The only amount I have allowed to charge was $4.95. Every since, there is the ping pong game between SpeedDate and My Bank BB&T. I am in between.
If there is any legal action against the unlawful practices I would add my case to it.
