Free websites aren't perfect, this has extra perks

Must be said, any free website you will get what you pay for and they ALL crawl with scammers, expect your mailbox to explode when you join. The real ones are easy to spot, and you should never give out contact details if in any doubt whatsoever (on any website).
I'd recommend to anyone trying to get back into single life, it's a crash course in being single second time round. You may not meet your Mr Right but you learn the warning signals for Mr Wrong in the comfort of your own home - very handy for real life.
For me the biggest draw is the corner coffee shop feel of the blogs, crammed with all types, world-round. Some are argumentative bores, some are alarming but funny, some are nice. Life in a nutshell, on a website. I've long since cancelled my memberships on other sites but CS is ... different.

Lively blogs and forums, games, poetry, video sections.
Cons
Scammers - they haunt every free website, you can report them, but there are a lot. A lot a lot.
Time-wasters and nutters are also thick on the ground in a free website world. It's never them, they're perfect, everyone else is at fault. Sad.
