OurTime is a joke!
Review about OurTimeWas told that OurTime is free, and for those over 50. Well, it's NOT free, you can search the database, and send messages, but if you want to see what they wrote to you, it'll cost you big-time. What's the point of having a free site when you cannot converse with those you picked, unless you lay out some moolah?
Pros
Can scan the database, and pick the people with whom you want to chat.
Cons
They want a lot of money for fully-working website. It's just not worth it.
