Thanks for the heads-up!

I was taken in by the hard-sell tactics by the (seemingly) very nice people at the Walnut Creek eLove office, and paid an enormous amount of money to sign up for this service, but after reading all the reviews, I checked the Better Business Bureau website as well. The sales rep had told me the company had a B+ rating with the BBB, but their rating was B-, which in itself seemed pretty generous given the number of complaints on file, and the number that were resolved without the customer being satisfied. So I right away emailed the sales rep that I wanted to cancel and luckily read my contract, which says I have the right to cancel for any reason within 3 business days by sending a letter to an address in OK. I'm sending that letter certified mail tomorrow, because I'm not taking any chances!

Did you get your money back after mailing the contract? I cannot believe I did this, last night!! I am mailing the letter today, first thing in the morning!! I am so frustrated and mad at myself!!
