bait & switch scam!!!
when we signed up for the Couples membership, it was clearly stated that we can hold/cancel membership at any time. however, this is a lie -- despite multiple emails to the management requesting to cancel and attempts to dispute the CC charges, HAW dutifully charges our card $18 on a monthly basis and steals our money.

Same thing happened to me. Ultimately had to dispute the charges with the credit card company and cancel the card and they were STILL trying to charge me!
