Disgrace

Someone, I presume for a joke has created a account with this site with my email address, when you try to unsubscribe they just ignore it.
I have sent them numerous emails to explain this situation and they ignore every email. It seems that as soon as they have your email address there is no way at all that they will stop sending emails on a daily basis.
If anyone knows how I can complain to any kind of watchdog could they please post on this forum as these low life scum seem unstoppable.
