A friend recommended this site to me. I have had problems with relationships in the past because of my above average penis size. Women complained I was too big and sex was painful. The design of the site is a bit dated and could use some updating, but that is not why I joined. I was looking to date women who were comfortable with me physically. I was impressed with the classy environment of the site. The last thing I wanted was a sex hookup site. I wanted to meet someone I could actually date and that's what this site is about. I dated a few women from the site and now I am in a serious relationship with one of them. The site delivered!
Not a sex hookup site. Clean and classy and the women I spoke with were real and serious about meeting someone.
design is a bit dated.

women with their heads in the ether seldom deign to fly down to check out the crop of men. Most of the women's profile's appear to be permanent.
Here is what I said when i joined:
seek long term monogamy with a stable partner. I am attracted to your kindness, easy temperament, generosity of heart, tolerance, kookiness, and love for animals.
The other part of my brain seeks a svelte, smart, confident, artsy-type, who loves to explore the outdoors, museums, cinema - wherever I can best show you off - actually, so many things become fun again not having to go alone.
It's important to both of us we have our own interests and pursuits, and independence, but also that we enjoy doing some of the same things, or interested in new ones.
Here's what I say now: I have been on and off the dating sites (purgatorio) for far too long, but I have in that time been able to make comparisons. I had high hopes joining this site after suffering on Match and OKC. I thought I'd connect with more down to earth women. In reality, nothing could be further from the truth. MeetMindful has far and away the lowest ROI of any dating site - even POF.
I send lovely, sweet messages infrequently on MM. On an average site, about 10% of these will be returned. it doesn't matter how sweet, sincere, clever, insightful - MM women respond less than 5% of the time, if that. That's right: women deign to return less than 1 in 20 messages. Not sure if that qualifies as down to earth, it's more head in the clouds. It also means that well intended gentlemen who are treated similarly will never perpetuate this site.
I know this because I have probably seen every single women's profile on this site (bad pennies all) - and guess what? They join, but they rarely take their profile down because they are simply not meeting men. I'm beginning to think that that may have never been their intention. If they were serious, they would quit and join sites with larger constituencies of credible men and women who actually want to meet someone.
MeetMindful is to me, a wasteland of esoteric, stuck up, uncongenial women who in all likelihood, are ultimately undateable, despite the airs of more Goddesses than all of Ancient Greece - methinks not. MeetMindful is no more than a charade of a dating site, with the lowest prospects of any other site in existence.
It's similar to the CoExist bumper stickers; those people usually turn out to be the most intolerant and wacky people you will ever meet. It's an ironic shame that a dating site that preaches loving kindness happens to be the most alienating and lonely place of all - a paramount of hypocrisy. That's why I quit. As of next Friday.
Oh, and you godesses - good luck with that.

I went on a few dates from IP but nothing clicked. I had more or less given up on the site until some nice Persian lady emailed me. We chatted a bit and decided to meet up at Irvine Spectrum for coffee and wow, we really hit it off. We're now engaged (8 months after meeting) and I couldn't be happier. We are both grateful for Iranian Personals!!!
I met my match.
It's fate, a numbers game. You never know when you will meet the ONE.

In my opinion:
This place sucks, and I would not even waste three seconds on the site.
It's a cash grab for sure and it hardly has any members at all.
They try and control every aspect of what you write and what you do, all so you can pay 21 dollars a month for nothing.
They do not tell you up front they are going to charge you. They approve your profile(make sure you do not put any contact information to bypass them getting paid), and then you get messages in your email saying you have been approved and you have "new messages"
Then when you click on the message it prompts to pay if you want to see it.
You can be guaranteed they will respond with some BS excuse.
What a scam

Itís a good thing there are no initial sign up feeís. I just pay for the services that I use. There are hundreds of beautiful women on the website so there are plenty of chances to find HER. At least I hope she is out there...

I hate this website, i am disabled, its expensive, full of fake profiles, and after 110 messages ive not had one reply at all, i have even asked for my money back because i said that i was not happy at all with their website and they refused.
ALL FAKE PROFILES IN MY OPINION AND VERY EXPENSIVE

I read reviews which in retrospect were probably written by the site itself. Searches before paying seemed like there were a lot of prospects in my area. Seemed good so I payed for membership. After logging on for a few weeks and sending many messages I can see that new profiles pop up every day but they *never* log on again. They never read my messages and never look at my profile. It is clear that there are no real women using the site and someone is just pumping in new profiles to make it look active before you waste your money and find out the truth.
No real profiles of women
