So I decided to email to find out the reason for the disabled profiles, I was told oh we need you to put your government issued ID beside your face and take a pic and send to us....������ am I applying for a loan or housing or something??? Why do you need my personal information as the email also state my full name, Dob, address everything should be clearly visible. Kmft

Impossible to edit your profile. Ridiculous help menu would be unnecessary if the website was logically constructed. Communication from personel is confrontational. They have their own review sites hiding their identity. Daily junk mail is overwhelming.
This site is money driven. Don't bother reading any of the profiles, they are meaningless. Every woman there only wants to chat there. I doubt they are even women responding.
