Then after I cancelled for awhile, I rejoined and now I've noticed that EVERY SINGLE woman on this site that I communicate with, wants to only communicate vie Xpress's email until we "Get to know one another" (Lies). They continually say that they want to meet...but they want to get to know me better. These continual non informative emails that get NOWHERE, are just a ploy to keep people on this site. I now believe that the owners of this site pay or credit women to use the same tactic, show interest and give little information ....and rarely. This site is so aggravating. The women use the same verbiage and tactic, so it leads me to believe that there is a model used by them that was given to them by the owners of this website. I am cancelling my membership permanently. Even if you are an attractive man....DO NOT PAY FOR THIS MEMBERSHIP!

this I assume the same company as Filipino Cupid and if you Google Filipino Cupid scams you will find hundreds of people who sent payment to the same address and didn't get their money back, I also note that they don't accept any bank transfer which raise a lot of suspicions
so eventually my friend had to contact his bank to issue a charge back to in the process he lost more then 70$.
so i decided to give it a try myself this time using my PayPal account as it s much more safer, after i created my profile and posted my photo, clicked on upgrade, i decided to opt for gold membership to test their service then i had the message "you must link your credit card.." message ??? WTF i had already a credit of 300$ in my paypal ?? why they need to ask for it ?? nevertheless I entered my credit card number.
After 8 hours while logging to my account i had the message "your account has been suspended "WOW" I contacted their customer service and they asked for a refund so having no reply from them I opened a paypal dispute and escalate it.
I eventually got a refund from paypal but note that paypal issue a refund to both merchant and buyer, so they basically got money for 5 hour scam !!!
note that on the billing page of the profile they have automatic billing even if a member dont choose to do that, I read in some forums that some people get billed for months until they had to suspend their credit card with their bank.

How did I guess that? easy, when you show your interest or view a member's profile, it's a natural instinct to check and view who showed interest in you. I don't get fooled easily, I did that just to check if this website is real or not before I become a paid member. I showed interest in more than 60 profiles and viewed maybe a hundred or more and NOT a single one of them viewed my profile back or showed any interest back!! This never happened before, why would a serious girl who 'has a profile' and 'posted her pic' on this website won't have any kind of interest to check her activity and view the profiles who showed interest on her or the ones who viewed her profile? Something is NOT right, it's fishy.
