My experience with this site has been very unpleasant so far!
Although my "Search Region" has been specified by me, and although my 'matches' are being sent to me seemingly complying with my "Search Region", it turns out that they do not - in reality - concur with my specified "Search Region" at all! I am getting responses from people all over the world... primarily Africa and other generally recognised 'dodgy' regions which, I'm led to believe, are actually automatically blocked by other 'major' dating sites!
Now, this site is for casual, intimate encounters... yes? Well, how can one have a casual intimate encounter with someone halfway round the world in a country generally seen to be full of people trying to find a way to get themselves into the Western world???
This site, in my own opinion and experience, is a con!
It's also a nightmare trying to get out of it and cancel the '3-month' rolling' membership! Yes... 3 months at a time! It's full of 'rules and regulations'.
Frankly, I seem to have paid money for nothing, and have had only ONE contact in my own region and ONE contact in a close (home country) region! ALL the other 'matches' have displayed dodgy communication and from far distant 3rd world countries!

I found Christian Mingle to be a good tool. I would recommend it to anyone. First as we all know, nothing is completely free in this world. You do have to have a membership to email or chat with other members but at least you can create an account and get in to see who is out there and if you like the website before you pay for the membership. I found this to be a plus. Christian Mingle also has questions on the website to help you determine personality traits which is very important in dating. Basically, when you sign up for your 3-day trial, you have already signed up for an additional month, and here's why:
it states that it will take UP TO 3 DAYS to cancel your subscription. Since the trial is only 3 days and the clock starts ticking as soon as you use it, by the time they have processed your cancellation, they have already billed your next month. Since Cupid PLC has a no-refund policy, you're screwed.
It states in the agreement that you have 7 days to cancel your monthly subscription AS LONG AS YOU DON'T USE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANYTHING. Send or receive ONE message, and you have voluntarily given up your right to cancel.
This is going to be a repeat of the other reviews, really.
Most of the profiles are fake, probably gleaning pictures from one of Cupid.com's other affiliate sites. The user names usually give their randomness right away, with some names as obvious as "adfgf". Most profiles will only have one picture, and the same pictures can be seen in other profiles, sometimes consecutively!
The flirts you receive will almost certainly be from girls who want you to watch their webcams, but don't worry, because they are willing to give you a "one-time free pass! Just don't tell anyone else, okay?" I've literally had this exact same offer, verbatim, 3 times in a day.
Other times IN CHAT, the girl will ask for your email address so she can send you the link. SHE COULD PASTE IT RIGHT THERE FOR YOU! But no, she has to have your email address or yahoo name.
Finally, when you do chat with someone you believe could be genuine, their English is poor, they jump around subjects or change them randomly, and answer in strange or nonsensical ways. Review about Seeking ArrangementI'm a guy. Not rich, just reasonably well off. I've had mixed results with the site, but compared to other sites I find myself always coming back here. I'm sorry to hear about the girls that have had such bad experiences, but guys have some problems also. If we were we could get that and get it a lot cheaper. We want something beyond that. A mutual understanding and respect can go a long way. Make sure everyone is on the same page, lay out the arrangement in detail, and then live up to the deal and things can go quite well.
