I joined this site for one month. After a couple of weeks it was obvious that the site is a scam and most of the women not real at all. When I tried to cancel they claimed I had signed on for 6 months and would be billed £180! I was MOST careful to pick the one month option. They are simply lying knowing men are unlikely to complain due to the nature of this site.
Stay away from this site, it a a scam run by the same people that run White Label dating, another scam site. They simply want your money and will lie to get it.

I have been on Bikerplanet for a while. Recently, they updated the website which has caused all types of problems on October 10, 2011. I have called customer service so many times this last week giving specific details to my problems such as:
1. All my pictures are backwards and have been reversed. Old pictures are at the front of my profile and new pictures are the back.
2. If I want to see who's viewed my profile, I have to scroll back to page 18 because it is no longer on page 1.
3. Relationship I am seeking.... friend, date, committed, friend, date, committed. It just repeats itself.
4. I cannot write about myself. The site accepts aprox 1,500 characters and the paragraph I wrote is 800 characters but it keeps cutting my paragraph off at the end; therefore I cannot write about myself using 800 characters.
5. Numerous other issues....too many to list. ALL problems have been reported Bikerplanet, yet I was told by customer service to deal with it! I requested that IT contact me, all to no avail. There has been no solutions offered to my problem, nor has anyone seem concerned. When I requested one of Bikerplanet's committee board members contact me by e-mail...I was told, no!
I can understand IT related issues happen; however, there is no excuse not to take action, offer a solution, send a simple e-mail or phone call to let me know, that my profile I worked so hard on, is destroyed.

Also, as far as vulgarity goes...Bikerplanet post's all types of advertisements that say, men seeking sex from women and wanting to f*** women; however, if you try posting a pic of someone in a pair of shorts, Bikerplanet will deny the photo because a 1/4 inch of butt is showing.
Customer service is bad. If you call due to a IT related issue, your left on hold or they cannot resolve the issue. Also, customer service seems to be sub-contracted out and will refuse access to the website board members to let them know how bad situation really is, regarding the website.

Review about SpeedDate.comwell the speeddate.com service really sucked and they have taken my money and cant refund any of it they said that it was refunded to the card and it was not this is bad business and the people that you email cant get your messages unless they are verified and half of the people are not verified and so it is useless to email them . the one that you do like aren't verified how are you supposed to find a date that for one thing lives in your state they dont do that it all a scam to get your money and i will never use this site or recommend it to anyone unless you like black girls because they are verified . i think they put up phoney people on there just to piss your chances of ever hearing from that person.

UNTIL A WEEK AGO WHEN I WAS DENIED ACCESS FOR ¨SECURITY REASONS¨ THEY WANTED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS ME WHO WAS ENTERING THE SITE. THERE WAS A QUESTIONNARE WITH A FEW QUESTIONS AND A REQUEST FOR A SCAN OF MY DRIVERS LICENSE. I COMPLIED AND AFTER THAT I DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM ANYMORE. THE QUESTIONAIRE PROMISED TO REPLY WITHIN 48 HOURS BUT I AM STILL WAITING. I WROTE A TOTAL OF 5 (FIVE) REMINDERS. NO REACTION.
