Next, when I.M., comes on it does not tell you who is requesting to chat. Then some times it never connects.

Complete waste of time. Women think that all men are only looking for sex, however they don't take the serious guys seriously. Went on a few dates, needless to say the women I met were all unsure of what they wanted. Expect about 1 response for every 20 emails sent out, and out of those messages you get back, expect a short uninterested response.

FALSE! I have seen just today TEN profiles that were NOT reviewed by a human. If they were, they would have been able to see grammatical errors which are common with African scammers. One individual talked about his love for his daughter and in the very next sentenced, referenced this child as a "he", along with sentences that sounded like he copied and pasted bits and pieces from other profiles. IF someone read that and not scanned it with a computer program that has specific words in it that are considered unacceptable, they would have never put that profile on the site as live.
There is so much potential for this site, but sadly as with most interracial ideas, sites, blogs, etc ... they fizzle out and it's nothing more than someone getting rich off of $19.95.

A friend and I tried the pre-dating website. We enjoyed the event itself, but our experience after the event was horrible. Julia was the coordinator of the event in Los Angeles. After a week had passed, we still had not received the results from the event. We contacted the coordinator to see what was happening with the result. It ultimately took us two weeks to get the results from the event. First, the coordinator claimed our email address were wrong. However, we registered online and that information was furnished to the coordinator along with our phone numbers. She then claimed the emails must be in our spam folder. They were not, but I did find an email from her. Even after multiple attempts to work with the coordinator and her inability to get the results to us, we finally called their customer service number. That was how we got the results. Both my friend and I had little faith that the results were accurate. We felt the coordinator was very sloppy with how she handled things and wonder if she handled the results the same way. In an effort to make the situation right they offered my friend and me 2 free events. When we tried to take them up on the offer, they wanted to charge one of us $15. That is not a way to satisfy customers.

I have used the site a few years ago and it was Ok to begin with, but as time went by the number of cam girls and prostitutes openly advertising their services went up, even if you complained to admin and reported the profiles nothing was happening, eventually i cancelled my subscription as i was spending so much time weeding out the nigerian scammers asking for money, cam girls and advertising bots.
I recently rejoined and its a lot worse than it ever has been, if you look carefully over half the initial messages sent tying to get me to upgrade were system generated from their own ice breaker system!! lazy and dumb its beyond a scam and just plain misrepresentation.

The first thing I must point out is this site is not honest right off the bat. The 'women' on Fling.com are mostly imported from other sites where women are looking for relationships, not hookups. When I finally signed up, I eagerly went to my inbox to read the messages that have been collecting. Sure, I knew at least some would be fake, the typical fake profile " thanks for joining, you should upgrade" type stuff. To my disbelieve almost every message in my inbox was the same generic line. Either "you should add more photos" or " You should check me out sometime" not a single real email out of the close to 30 recieved.
To be fair to them, they *do* have an option to send a prewritten, generic email message, but most of the ones I got weren't on that list. And of all the ladies I emailed me, not a single one replied. They were interested before I upgraded my account, but not anymore it seemed. But I wasn't to be discouraged.
I made a message I could mass send, something a little personal. It was kind of a generic hello message, but told a little about me. Along the lines of, "kinda new to this thing, wanted to say hi. I'd have better luck emailed 500 people a nice hello, then emailing 10 people with a long, individual message. To my surprise, a few replies did come in!

Review about XXX MatchI tried their trial membership some time back .... Amazing how I had so many women wanting to message, talk and hook-up... then when I purchased a membership, they all went away. Some profiles were not there anymore, others were women from all over the world .... I responded to all of them and no response.
Don't waste your money or time!

Review about Fling.comI was with this sight since about a week after it has started many years ago. Amazing how I had so many women wanting to message, talk and hook-up... then when I purchased a membership, they all went away.
I kept my profile with this site for many years (not paying) and they grandfathered me in for a free membership for a couple years. So many profiles and no responses.
About 2 years ago they upgraded their site to FULL SCAM. They removed my membership completely and then claimed how great they were and how you will get laid .... I find getting women is far easier at the local supermarket :)
Many profiles were not there anymore, others were women from all over the world .... Some women had 10+ profiles .. same pic different screen name.
Don't waste your money or time!
